Experience
In 1998 Virtual Town Hall LLC began offering content management based web services to municipal governments, and now has over 300 municipal government clients in 13 states enjoying a vast array of web-related, e-government services at affordable rates. At that time Virtual Town Hall LLC was a division of WhatIf Networks LLC, headquartered in Portland, Maine.
The Florida Market
In 2006 Virtual Town Hall Holdings LLC was formed as a Massachusetts company and acquired the customer base of Virtual Town Hall LLC and content management system supporting those clients. It has also expanded its marketing efforts by offering franchise opportunities to local companies to bring these services closer to the customer. The founder of Virtual Town Hall LLC, Randy Perry, acquired the Florida franchise and established e-City Services LLC as a registered Florida corporation. Our intention is to offer an array of affordable services to municipalities of all sizes in the State of Florida.
In Florida today we have municipal clients as small as 1,000 residents and as large as 90,000. We provide custom designed websites, backed by Virtual Town Hall's unique content management system that allows staff to easily manage web content; technical web management services to those towns that have an investment in older web technologies but lack the resources to convert in the near term; website analysis services to determine compliance with ADA guidelines and insure your site provides the best possible service to your citizens; and real time and archival video streaming services.
